Blending sports heritage style with modern protection, the Revival Carbon Matt is crafted from 3K Carbon Fibre sheets that are hand laid before being heat pressed with military grade resin, a premium construction that provides durability and impact flexibility. As with the fibreglass version of the helmet, its has an intermediate oval shape for a comfortable, secure fit.
For a secure fit, the Revival fastens with a traditional double D-ring buckle, integrated into a premium leather and Amara liner that can be removed for washing. The UV-resistant visor features Pinlock® pins, and an OptiClear® anti-fog insert is included for all-weather clarity. Designed with rider comfort in mind, the liner accommodates sunglasses without pressure on the temples, while built-in recesses allow for intercom earphones. Merlin-branded visor buttons, ventilation points, and EPS channeling enhance airflow and overall performance.
