Refund policy
Returns
Products purchased on the Merlin shop may be returned for a refund if returned within 30 days of your dispatch date. If 30 days have gone by since your dispatch date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
To complete your return, please complete the returns form which was included in the original package and insert this into the returning package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected Merlin will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by Merlin within 24 hours. Please allow up to 10 days for it to show in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our processing and bank refund time of up to 10 days, please get in touch with us so we can track the progress from our side.
Next, contact your bank for information and clarity on their side of the refund process.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective/damaged or if out of choice you would like to exchange for another size. If you need to exchange an item for a different size please complete your returns form and send your item to us at the following address:

Merlin will contact you to pay the exchanging postage amount.
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
